Functions held in shared residential space work differently from functions at a hall that exists for the purpose.

Lift access is worth confirming separately, particularly if the getting-ready photographs happen in a flat several floors up.
On a wedding morning the lifts are carrying guests, caterers and decorators, and a photographer waiting four minutes each way loses more time than seems possible.
Knowing which lift is available, or whether the service lift can be used, removes it entirely.

Who do we ask about using the lawn?
Whoever manages the society, and worth asking early. What varies is not whether it is allowed but what time it has to be cleared.
