Where these functions once happened in a courtyard with whatever was to hand, they are now designed, decorated and run to a plan.

Getting ready
Designed functions need earlier arrival
Find out when each setup is finished. Designed functions have a window before guests arrive and it is the only time the design is intact.
Send the decorator's details if there is one. Coordinating beforehand is easier than being asked for images afterwards.
For haldi, tell guests to wear something they do not mind ruining, however good the decor is.

Can you cover all three?
Yes, and as a planned block rather than three separate bookings. They usually run on consecutive days and planning them together works considerably better.
Sangeet is at night with stage lighting.
Handled by working with the lighting rather than against it. Stage light is dramatic, and using it is what makes the photographs look like the evening looked.
