Getting ready
Before the shoot day
Name a point of contact who will be available on the day. Most delays come from a decision needing someone who is in a meeting.
Tidy only what will be in shot. A whole-office clean is wasted; the two corners we actually photograph matter enormously.
Brief anyone being photographed. People who know it is happening turn up dressed for it, and people who do not are visibly the ones who did not know.

Tell us the date first and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible. We would rather decline a deadline than miss one.
Do you shoot at our office or at your studio?
Either, and often both. Workspace and team photographs have to happen where you are; controlled setups are usually better here.
Can you visit the space beforehand?
Yes, and for anything involving your premises we recommend it. It is a short visit that makes the shoot day considerably shorter.
How much disruption should we expect?
Less if we plan it. Tell us which areas are busy when, and we will build the running order around your day.
Which areas do you cover for commercial work?
Kharadi and its business parks, plus Viman Nagar, Nagar Road, Wadgaon Sheri, Keshav Nagar, Yerawada and Magarpatta. We shoot commercial work across Pune, but a same-week visit is far easier in this stretch.

Yes. Small teams are straightforward and usually quicker than a large group.
