What happens if you are unavailable on our date?
We will tell you immediately rather than holding a tentative slot, so you have time to find an alternative.
Do you take short-notice bookings?
Regularly. Ask rather than assuming it is too late — we would rather tell you honestly what is open.
Can we change the plan closer to the date?
The plan yes, the date rarely. Tell us what has changed and we will adapt the coverage around it.
Only some of us can be there on the fixed date.
Then photograph the family that is there. A date tied to somebody's travel does not move, and a photograph of most of you exists where a perfect one does not.
