It also means the property is usually still furnished, which is generally an advantage — empty rooms give a viewer no sense of scale — provided it can be cleared and tidied properly first. That hour of preparation is worth more than anything done afterwards.

And it means shooting everything in one visit rather than planning a follow-up. The missed angle you would normally pick up next week may not be available at all.
