Explore Maternity PhotographyBaby shower and Dohale Jevan coverage in Tingre Nagar — including the second one, which is usually smaller and just as worth photographing.
The smaller second one
First functions are large because everybody is new to it. Second ones tend to be shorter, closer and less formal.
That is not a lesser event. It is frequently a warmer one, with fewer people who have to be there and more who want to be.
It photographs differently though. A smaller function has no crowd to disappear into, so the coverage is closer and quieter and the wide establishing frames matter less.
The other difference is that the rituals are familiar to everyone present, so they move faster. There is less waiting and fewer explanations.
That compresses the useful window, which is worth knowing before rather than during.
Second functions also tend to have a different guest list, weighted towards the people who genuinely wanted to come.
That changes what is worth photographing. At a large first function the coverage is about the event; at a smaller second one it is about the people in the room.
Told which it is, we shoot it accordingly rather than defaulting to the wide, formal treatment.
Where the first function was photographed and the second one was not, that gap tends to be noticed years later rather than at the time.
It is the same pattern as everything else on this page: nobody decides it, and it is only visible in hindsight.
A short booking covering the ritual and the group photographs is usually enough to close it, and it does not need to match the scale of the first.
Getting ready
Tell us roughly how many people, because it changes the approach more than the venue does.
Send a group photograph list, since a small function makes them easy and everyone forgets to ask.
Say when the room will be ready, so the decorations are photographed before guests arrive.
Planning it
Numbers, which decide how close the coverage sits.
Whether the rituals will move quickly, as they usually do second time round.
And how much of the function you want covered.
Recent work
A selection of recent photographs. Each one is tagged with the kind of shoot it came from — tell us what you are planning and we will show you the work closest to it.

How the session itself works is covered in full on the main baby shower photography page.
Small functions photograph well and often better. The coverage sits closer.
They tend to run faster because everyone knows the sequence. Worth planning for.
Yes, which matters more when it moves quickly.

Yes, and home functions photograph well.
As long as you book. Tell us the window.
Yes, and best before the meal starts.
Tell us if you have booked with us before and we will pull up what was done, so the new work builds on it rather than repeating it.
Yes, and it is usually easier. Tell us what is coming up over the next year and we will plan it together rather than piecemeal.
Then describe what you did not like about something you have seen. It is a faster route to the right answer than trying to specify it from scratch.
You get an online gallery you can share, and tell us if prints or an album are wanted.
That is the intention and it is most of the reason people come back. Tell us at booking that you have used us before.
No. Tell us you have booked before and we will work from what was done rather than starting from scratch.
Earlier is better for anything tied to a date. For everything else, ask and we will tell you honestly what is open.
Yes, across Maharashtra and for destination weddings, with travel agreed upfront before anything is booked.
That number shapes the coverage more than anything else about the day.
