The set, not just the day
That is not a criticism of anyone. It is simply what happens to a set that large, and it is worth planning for rather than pretending otherwise.
The photographs that survive are consistent across almost every wedding: the two of you, the parents, each family, the ritual moments, and a handful of frames that capture how the day felt.
Those are also the ones most easily lost, because they are the frames that need arranging while everything else is happening on its own.
A day covered only reactively produces a huge, energetic set with gaps exactly where the lasting photographs should be.
So the list matters more than the volume, and it is worth ten minutes before the day rather than an apology afterwards.
It is worth naming who the set has to satisfy, because a wedding album usually answers to more than one person.
The couple want how the day felt. The parents want who was there. Those are not the same set and a day covered for only one of them disappoints somebody.
Knowing both are expected simply means both get shot, and it is a scheduling matter rather than a stylistic one.
Discovered afterwards it is not fixable at all.
Deciding in advance which parts of the day are unmissable is more useful than trying to cover everything evenly.
Every wedding has two or three moments the family will genuinely want, and they are rarely the ones on the schedule.
Named beforehand, they are covered properly. Left unnamed, they compete with everything else happening at the same time.
Getting ready
Send the group photograph list early. It is the part that goes missing at almost every wedding.
Name anyone who will not put themselves in front of a camera, so they get found rather than waited for.
Confirm the finish time and access, so the schedule is built on facts.

How the session itself works is covered in full on the main wedding photography page.
Nobody does. That is why the list of ones that must exist matters more than the count.
The arranged frames — families, parents, the two of you alone. The reactive coverage happens by itself.
Yes, and it is the part most people wish they had covered.
Vishrantwadi, Tingre Nagar, Dhanori, Kalas, Lohegaon, Yerawada and Viman Nagar.
Yes, across Maharashtra and for destination weddings.
Yes. Tell us which.
For larger weddings often yes.
Yes, and it is much cheaper than a second session. Tell us the list of uses and the framing covers all of them while everything is set up.
An online gallery you can share. Tell us if anything else is wanted and we will confirm what is possible.
You can decide the use later. What cannot be decided later is whether the frame has room in it, which is why it is worth mentioning at booking.
Yes, and it is the part we can speak to honestly — what a frame will and will not stand up to. Tell us what you have in mind.
The use can change freely. What cannot change afterwards is whether the frame has room in it, which is the only reason we ask early.
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will show you work that matches it rather than a general portfolio.
Send us the date and what you have in mind, and you get a clear quote for the coverage you actually need.
Send the list. It matters more than the number of frames taken.
