Baby Photography in Wagholi, Pune

Baby sessions in Wagholi — and a plain explanation of what a selected set means.

Selected, not filtered

Selecting a set is part of the work rather than something done to the work.

Choosing which frames are worth keeping is a considerable part of what a photographer actually does, and it is the part nobody sees.

With a small child especially, the difference between a keeper and a near-miss is a fraction of a second — an expression halfway there, an eye closing, a hand across a face.

Handing over all of them would not be generous, it would be handing you a job.

What you receive is the set where those decisions have been made, and it is smaller and considerably more useful than the alternative.

If you look through it and feel something is missing — a particular person, a particular moment, more of one thing — say so and we will look again.

That is a normal request rather than a complaint, and it is much easier to act on soon after a session than months later.

Where a set is delivered as an online gallery, it is worth looking through it properly once rather than skimming it.

People frequently glance through, form an impression, and only look properly months later when they want something specific.

By then, asking about a missing frame is a much bigger conversation than it would have been in the first week.

A proper look early costs twenty minutes and it is when anything absent is easiest to fix.

It is also the point at which to say what you liked, which genuinely helps if you book again.

Most people never say, and a photographer with that information produces a better second session.

Getting ready

Asking for more of something

Look through the set and say if something feels missing. It is a normal request, not a complaint.

Ask soon after the session rather than months later, when it is easier to act on.

Tell us in advance if a particular person must appear, so it is planned rather than hoped for.

Why do we not get all of them?

Because most are near-misses — an expression halfway there, an eye closing, a hand across a face. Choosing between them is part of the work.

Can we ask for more of something?

Yes, and it is a normal request. Ask soon after the session rather than months later.

When will we receive them?

It depends on the size of the shoot and it is confirmed with you in writing when you book.

Which areas do you cover?

Wagholi, Kharadi, Lohegaon, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Viman Nagar and Wadgaon Sheri.

Home or studio?

Either. Tell us which appeals and we will explain the difference honestly.

Do you photograph twins?

Yes, and it needs more time rather than different technique.

Can a grandparent bring the baby?

Yes. Tell us who is coming.

Can we ask for more of something after delivery?

Yes, and it is a normal request rather than a complaint. Ask soon after the session, when it is easiest to act on.

Do you quote a number of photographs?

No. A number tells you very little, since twenty near-identical frames is not more than five distinct ones. Ask what the set will cover instead.

How do we book?

Send us the date and what you have in mind, and you get a clear quote for the coverage you actually need.

If something feels missing, say so

It is a normal request and much easier to act on soon after a session than months later.
