Office Photography
Workspaces that look like somewhere people want to work.
Explore Office PhotographyNot every commercial space is an office or a shop. Clinics, gyms, salons, studios and warehouses all need photographs, and each has its own problem — usually fluorescent lighting, low ceilings, or both.
What to expect
Clinics, gyms, salons, studios, co-working floors, warehouses and industrial units all need photographs, and none of them fit neatly into the categories the rest of this site is organised around.
They share a set of problems rather than a look: usually fluorescent lighting, often low ceilings, sometimes no natural light at all, and almost always equipment that has to be visible and identifiable rather than treated as background.
What they also share is that a badly photographed one actively costs you enquiries. These are spaces people choose partly on whether they look clean, competent and well kept, and a dim phone photograph suggests none of those things.
Fluorescent tubes, LED panels and daylight through a window in the same room are three different colours of light. A camera cannot correct for all three at once, so left alone one part of the room goes green, another goes blue, and skin tones go somewhere unfortunate.
That is fixable, but it is fixed deliberately — by controlling which sources are on, by matching what we add to what is already there, and by correcting in the edit rather than hoping. It is the single most common reason clinic and gym photographs look wrong without the client being able to say why.
Whatever you have invested in should be visible and identifiable in the photographs. In a clinic that is the chair and the equipment; in a gym the machines and the flooring; in a salon the stations, the mirrors and the finish.
That sounds obvious and it is routinely missed, because a wide shot taken from the door shows a room rather than what is in it. Specific equipment gets its own frames where it matters.
A licensing application, a leasing listing, a website and a Google Business profile want quite different things from the same room. Licensing wants completeness and clarity. Leasing wants the space. A website wants it to look like somewhere you would want to go.
Tell us which at the briefing and we will frame for it. It costs nothing to decide in advance and it is expensive to discover afterwards that the set is the wrong shape for its purpose.
Most of these spaces cannot simply close for a morning, and they do not need to. We work around operation, shooting areas as they free up and staying out of the way of whatever is actually happening.
Warehouses and industrial units are covered too, and they bring their own problems — very large volumes, high ceilings, mixed lighting across a long span, and dust. They photograph well when the scale is treated as the subject rather than fought against.
We cover commercial spaces across Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, Chandan Nagar and the wider east Pune area.
Recent work
A selection of recent photographs. Each one is tagged with the kind of shoot it came from — tell us what you are planning and we will show you the work closest to it.
Our commercial space photography studio is in Wadgaon Sheri, on the first floor, which puts it a short drive from Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, Chandan Nagar and the wider east Pune area.
If you are looking for a professional commercial space photographer near you, we take bookings across Pune — Vishrantwadi, Yerwada, Koregaon Park, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Kondhwa, Baner, Aundh, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Wagholi and Undri included — and travel beyond the city for shoots that warrant it.
This is location work, so we come to you rather than the other way round. There is no fixed package: tell us what you have in mind and you get a clear quote for the coverage you actually need, with nothing hidden in the small print.
Before you book
Straight answers on scope, access and what you actually receive. Anything else, just ask — we would rather explain it now than have you guess.
Yes. We bring our own lighting where a space needs it.
Usually yes, though a quiet period gives a better result.
Yes, including large open spans.
It depends on the size of the space, how many areas need covering, whether we shoot outside your opening hours, and whether video is included. We do not publish a fixed price because no two are the same. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a clear quote — nothing hidden in the small print.
Yes. Fluorescent, LED and daylight in one room is a colour problem rather than a brightness one, and it is fixed deliberately — by controlling which sources are on, matching what we add, and correcting in the edit.

Yes, along with gyms, salons and studios. These are chosen partly on whether they look clean and well kept, so the fit-out and equipment are shown clearly rather than as background.
Ask what the photographs are meant to achieve — leasing, a website, an investor deck — because the same space is framed differently for each. Ask whether they can work around occupancy as well, since most commercial spaces cannot be emptied for a shoot.
