This page sets out how we work. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before booking — we would rather explain it than have you guess.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, phone number, email address and what you would like photographed. We do not collect anything else through this site.

Why we hold it

• To reply to your enquiry and quote for your shoot
• To plan and deliver a session you have booked
• To keep records of bookings and payments

Your photographs

Photographs from your session belong to your session. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to third parties. We may show selected images in our portfolio or on social media — if you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will keep your images private. That request is honoured without argument.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Information is shared only where it is necessary to deliver your booking — for example with a printing lab for an album order.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you click to load the Google Maps panel on the contact page, Google may set cookies at that point; the map does not load until you choose to load it.

How long we keep things

Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch about a possible booking. Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
