The basis on which Eyes Pixel Photography Studio takes and delivers bookings.
This page sets out how we work. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before booking — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
Bookings
A date is held only once a booking is confirmed with us directly. Until then the date remains open to other clients. The specific terms of your shoot — coverage, duration, deliverables and payment — are agreed with you in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your individual booking confirmation. We do not publish fixed prices on this website because coverage varies considerably between shoots.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to move or cancel a date, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can to accommodate it. Any amounts already paid are handled according to the terms of your booking confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on the size of the shoot. Delivered images are edited and selected by us; unedited or unselected frames are not supplied.
Copyright and usage
Copyright in the photographs remains with Eyes Pixel Photography Studio. You receive the right to use your delivered images for personal purposes — printing, albums and sharing. Commercial and business clients receive usage rights as set out in their booking confirmation.
We may use selected images from your session in our portfolio and on social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.
Circumstances beyond our control
Occasionally something outside anyone's control — illness, an accident, an equipment failure, weather or a venue restriction — affects a shoot. If that happens we will tell you immediately and work with you on the best available option, including arranging a replacement photographer or rescheduling.
Your responsibilities
- Making sure we have access and permission to photograph at your venue
- Giving us accurate timings and contact details before the day
- Telling us in advance about any restrictions at the location
